Teaching group fitness makes my day, every day – as founder of Lomond Group Fitness I get to help people achieve their goals through fitness and I love nothing more than seeing people become stronger and better in themselves, both physically and mentally.

Exercising in a group, supporting and bonding with classmates is a real passion of mine, and that's what inspired me to launch Lomond Group Fitness.

The new studio presents a great opportunity to share my passion with lots of new people from all sort of backgrounds. It's a great space where together, we can take on and share new challenges.

Whether it's achieving a new pose at a Body Balance class, or helping you smash a personal best while surrounded by people who share the same goals, we will do everything in our power to get you there.
