Lomond Group Fitness take our members privacy very seriously.

We will obtain personal information from you when you complete either an online Parq or fill in a paper Parq when signing up in store. 

The types of information we collect includes name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and information about your general health.

Parq’s that are filled in online are stored in our secure email inbox. Paper Parq and waivers are stored securely within the Lomond Group Fitness studio.

We do not hold any bank details at Lomond Group Fitness. These are stored with our processor Zoho Secure Checkout. The information on your online account that you use either through your web browser or through our app is also stored by Zoho Secure Checkout. You can find the Zoho privacy policy here;

We will use your personal information to provide you with the services, products or information that you have requested and for administration purposes .

By providing us with your personal data, including sensitive personal data such as on your health, you consent to the collection and use of any information you provide in accordance with the above purposes and this privacy statement.

If your personal details change, please help us to keep your information up to date by notifying us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. If we do so, we will post notice of the change on our website and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
